What a Year!

We had one heck of a ride. Accomplished a lot of "firsts" for Heights High Women's Soccer! Some of the highlights: Kapaun, Maize, Manhattan, etc. Also, and I won't name the person who said it, but the comment (after I had just emptied the water cooler on the track after practice one day), "Parks...is it ok to get the track wet like that?" I will miss the seniors terribly and what they meant to our program. It is a hard loss to take knowing how close we were.

Season ending player barbeque at Heights High School:
When - Friday, June 4th
Time - 3:00 to 5:00
Food will be provided as will season recognition.
Hope all the players can make it!
WE WILL ALSO HAVE THE PLAYERS TURN IN THEIR JERSEYS THAT DAY!!!!!!

Garden City - Quarterfinal Matchup

With Garden City's win over Northwest tonight in penalty kicks it seems that we will be traveling to Garden City on Tuesday for a possible 6:00 pm start time to the game. This is unofficial right now, but I am pretty sure it is correct. I will change this post if I am wrong. Excited for the game on Tuesday! Hope our fans can travel!

Regionals Begin

Next Tuesday we will host our first Regional game of the 2010 season. We will play the Campus Colts at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, May 18th at Heights' stadium. Hope to see you there!
