Summer Workout Sessions

On Monday the 28th (JUNE), we will start doing summer workouts. The plan is to run from 9:30 to 11:00 or so and go Monday through Thursday. We will try and do two days worth of ball work with a lot of small game situations and scrimmages other teams. The other two days will be dedicated to doing some weight training at the YMCA. I will update this blog this week as we get closer to be able to answer any questions that players or parents may have. If you have questions, please leave a message on this blog!

Monday, the first session, will be at Heights and players should have their cleats and shinguards with them.
